Accessibility statement

1 Our commitment

We invest in accessibility because a digital service should have one front door for everyone, and in order to comply with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review and improve the site continuously, and every accessibility report we receive is investigated and addressed.

2 Level of conformance

This site has been made accessible in line with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the W3C's WCAG 2.1 guidelines, at conformance level AA.

3 What has been done

• Correct semantic structure — heading hierarchy, navigation landmarks, main content and footer — so screen-reader users can orient themselves.
• Full keyboard-only navigation, with a clearly visible indication of the focused element.
• A "skip to main content" link exposed on the first Tab press of every page.
• Alternative text on meaningful images, and decorative images marked so screen readers ignore them.
• Labels and ARIA descriptions on every form field and button.
• Colour contrast ratios that meet the standard, and no information conveyed by colour alone.
• Responsive layouts for phones and tablets, with full right-to-left support.
• The system-level reduced-motion preference is respected.
• Testing in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and with assistive technologies.

4 The accessibility menu

Every page carries a fixed accessibility button in the corner of the screen. Activating it — by mouse, touch or keyboard — opens a panel of personal adjustments. Your choices are stored in your browser and reapplied on every visit.

• Increase or decrease text and interface size (up to 140%).
• Contrast modes: dark contrast, light contrast and monochrome.
• Highlight links and highlight headings.
• Switch to a plain, familiar reading font.
• Widen line, letter and word spacing.
• Stop animations and motion across the site.
• Enlarged mouse cursor.
• Permanently visible keyboard focus ring.
• Reset every adjustment with a single click.

5 Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some components or content may not yet be fully accessible — in particular third-party content, whose presentation is not entirely under our control.

We continue to work on improvements. If you come across something that is not accessible, we would like to hear about it.

To help us resolve it quickly, describe the problem, the address of the page where you encountered it, and how you were browsing — browser, operating system and any assistive technology you used.

Accessibility reports are reviewed and answered as soon as possible.
